About New Walk Church

Church History and Foundation

In February of 2005 while serving as Assistant Pastor at Daystar Baptist Church I was led to start a new fellowship. With some family and friends we started New Walk Christian Church. In March 2005 the Lord provided a place of worship at 805 East Smith Street in Kent WA.

Since our beginning we have established a Sunday School Program for adults and children along with Worship Service, Bible Study, Prayer Service, Men and Women Study Groups and several Outreach Programs and a host of annual events.

New Walk Christian Church is a place where you can get to know God personally. It is a place where sharing the Love of Christ is a primary function of the Christian experience.The focus of our teaching is on building a strong foundation in our belief, faith, and works through our daily walk. We understand that our walk with Christ is a growth process that comes only through the studying of Gods Word. 2Peter 3:18 says,"But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ."
